Ange brings more than 35 years of signage industry experience, complemented by a strong background in finance and offset printing (and somehow she’s still only 21…).

Known for her strategic, client-focused approach, Ange takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs, goals, and challenges. Her extensive industry knowledge allows her to develop tailored solutions that deliver real value while building strong, lasting relationships along the way. Clients quickly come to appreciate Ange’s expertise, reliability, and commitment, making her a trusted signage partner and valued extension of their team.

Outside the office, Ange enjoys spending time with family, cooking and enjoying great food, watching The Great British Bake Off, and passionately supporting the Richmond Tigers. Whether she’s talking signage or football, Ange brings enthusiasm, experience, and a genuine love of connecting with people.

Larry wears many hats, as is often the case when running a small business like Tigercorp. With more than 40 years in business, he plays a key role across finance, HR, and the many behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep the company moving forward.

Known for his calm, measured approach, Larry brings a reassuring “keep calm and carry on” mindset to every challenge. Having practised and taught yoga for more than 15 years, it’s no surprise he’s able to stay so relaxed and level-headed, no matter what comes his way.

Larry’s deep understanding of the business and the numbers that drive it is matched only by his unwavering dedication to the Richmond Tigers Football Club. A steady hand, trusted leader, and passionate Tigers supporter, Larry plays a key role in keeping both Tigercorp and his beloved Richmond Tigers moving forward.

Leigh is a qualified signwriter with more than 17 years of industry experience and extensive expertise across all facets of signage manufacturing and installation. From complex installations to large-scale production projects, Leigh’s practical knowledge and hands-on approach help ensure outstanding results every time.

With a deep understanding of the challenges involved in bringing signage projects to life, Leigh excels at developing smart installation strategies and practical solutions that keep projects running smoothly. His strong leadership skills, attention to detail, extensive use of post it notes and commitment to quality make him a trusted mentor to the team and a valued partner to our clients.

Known for building genuine relationships and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure, Leigh is always focused on achieving the best possible outcome—usually while sneaking in a few well-timed dad jokes along the way.

Outside of work, Leigh remains a loyal supporter of the Gold Coast Suns and can only hope that one day they’ll enjoy the same level of success as his production team.

Simon is a seasoned wayfinding and signage designer with more than 12 years of experience delivering major infrastructure, commercial, and education projects. Bringing a wealth of design, signage, and fabrication expertise to our sales team, Simon combines technical knowledge with a practical understanding of what it takes to deliver successful outcomes.

Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organised, Simon is passionate about problem-solving and creating an outstanding customer experience. He excels at turning clients’ ideas into reality, with a strong focus on buildability, functionality, and fit-for-purpose solutions. Known for his professionalism, clear communication, and collaborative approach, Simon consistently delivers results that exceed expectations.

When he’s not helping clients navigate their signage challenges, Simon can usually be found on stage performing with his band or escaping to a cosy country Victorian town with his family, settling in for an episode (or three) of Midnight Diner.

Claire knows signage inside and out—it’s more than a profession for her; it’s a family tradition. Having grown up in the family signage business, Claire developed a passion for the industry from an early age, progressing from wielding a mahl stick and pot of paint to mastering modern sign-making techniques.

With more than a decade of industry experience, Claire brings a uniquely broad perspective, creative flair, and plenty of personality to every project she touches. Her deep understanding of both traditional craftsmanship and contemporary signage solutions allows her to help clients achieve outstanding results while making the process enjoyable along the way.

Away from work, Claire’s creativity continues to shine. A trained chef, she loves cooking up impressive feasts for family and friends, breathing new life into vintage clothing through upcycling projects, and unwinding with a well-earned glass of wine whilst watching Seinfeld.

Lorin brings a sense of adventure and curiosity to everything she does. With a passion for travel and a love of new experiences, she’s an explorer at heart—and that energy shines through in her approach to every project and client interaction.

While relatively new to the signage industry, Lorin combines strong experience in account management, industrial design, and events management with a meticulous attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset. Her ability to balance creativity, organisation, and customer service makes her an ideal guide for clients navigating their signage journey.

Known for working hard while simultaneously chatting up a storm, Lorin brings positivity, enthusiasm, and plenty of personality to the team. She’s always happy to share her knowledge—and if you’re lucky, she might even reveal where to find the best bánh mì in Richmond.

When she’s not helping clients bring their projects to life, you’ll likely find Lorin on the dance floor indulging her love of salsa dancing, or researching a trip to her favourite travel destination, Mexico.

Daniel is a versatile signage and branding professional who brings a wealth of technical expertise and project management experience to every project. With a bachelor’s degree in international management and more than 17 years of experience as a certified signwriter, Daniel combines strategic thinking with hands-on industry knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

A detail-oriented Project Manager, Daniel is known for exploring every angle when tackling complex challenges. He excels at aligning innovative technical solutions with broader project objectives, ensuring successful outcomes for clients while keeping projects running smoothly from concept to completion. His passion for discovery, problem-solving, and continuous improvement makes him an invaluable asset to both clients and colleagues alike.

When he’s not at his desk, you’ll likely find Daniel off the grid, camping somewhere remote with his family and making the most of Australia’s incredible landscapes. Whether navigating complex projects like a rugged bush track or tackling technical challenges like a demanding rock climb, Daniel brings determination, problem-solving, and a sense of adventure to every project he leads.

Justin is a qualified and highly experienced traditional signwriter and modern sign maker who joined the signage industry more than 28 years ago. Throughout his career, he has worked across virtually every facet of signage and manufacturing businesses, with a particular passion for leadership, team development, and building strong production and operational capabilities.

Drawing on decades of hands-on experience, Justin works across all areas of the business, providing valuable guidance, technical expertise, and strategic direction. Whether he’s reviewing designs, solving complex technical challenges, supporting project delivery, or helping drive continuous improvement, Justin plays a key role in maintaining the team’s high standards of performance, quality, and innovation.

When he’s not immersed in the day-to-day operations of the business, you’ll likely find Justin in the dojo training alongside his kids or spending time in the mancave working on his collection of V8-powered toys.

Kallan brings more than 15 years of experience in the fast-paced world of signage and print production, along with a wealth of practical knowledge and technical expertise. Known for his ability to listen carefully and understand the true needs behind every brief, Kallan ensures projects are thoroughly planned, requirements are clearly communicated, and installation teams are fully prepared before arriving onsite.

With hands-on experience spanning vinyl application, digital printing, assembly, and installation, Kallan has developed a comprehensive understanding of the signage industry from end to end. His broad skill set allows him to develop innovative solutions that consistently deliver high-quality outcomes, regardless of the project’s complexity.

When he’s not busy bringing signage projects to life, Kallan channels his creativity into designing custom fonts, playing guitar, and keeping everyone guessing with a phone permanently set to a language no one else here can read!

Braden has only 4 years of experience in the signage and print industry, but this is well supported by an extensive background in screen printing and production. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and hands-on approach, Braden takes pride in ensuring every project is prepared to the highest standard, with every item carefully accounted for, checked, packed, labelled and kitted together for a seamless installation experience onsite.

With experience across production, CNC operation, LED wiring, assembly and project preparation, Braden has developed a thorough understanding of what it takes to keep jobs running smoothly from the workshop through to installation. His organised mindset and commitment to quality allow him to identify potential issues before they arise, maintain accurate records, and ensure the team have everything they need to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

When he’s not making sure every detail is in its right place, Braden can usually be found playing with his band or planning his next trip back to New Zealand to spend time with family. His dedication, reliability and attention to detail make him an invaluable member of the team.

Lauren brings more than eight years of experience in design and signage, along with a passion for creativity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Having seen firsthand how great design and strong teamwork can transform projects, she thrives on working closely with both clients and colleagues to bring ideas to life.

Known for her vibrant personality and creative mindset, Lauren takes the time to understand the intent behind every design brief, uncovering each client’s unique needs and developing tailored solutions that deliver meaningful results. Her commitment to client satisfaction often sees her going the extra mile, ensuring every project is thoughtfully considered and expertly executed. And when the brief calls for it, don’t be surprised to see Lauren’s colourful side shine through.

Outside of signage, Lauren’s creativity knows no bounds. An avid dancer and talented balloon artist, she can turn any event into something memorable—and has been known to make amazing invitations worthy of the Met Gala. She brings that same energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail into her work every day, helping create happy clients, strong team relationships, and a thriving business.

Hannah brings more than 10 years of signage design experience to the team, combining creativity, technical expertise, and an exceptional eye for detail. Known for delivering solutions that cover everything a project needs—and often a little more—Hannah consistently creates signage systems that are both visually compelling and highly functional.

With extensive experience in wayfinding design, statutory signage, and compliance requirements, Hannah has worked across a wide range of large-scale retail, commercial, residential, and healthcare projects. She thrives on collaboration, asking thoughtful questions and working closely with clients and project teams to develop design solutions that achieve the best possible outcomes.

Hannah’s designs are more than just aesthetically pleasing; they are practical, intuitive, future-focused, and designed to create positive experiences for the people who interact with them every day. Her ability to balance creativity with technical precision makes her an invaluable part of any design team.

Away from the drawing board, Hannah loves nothing more than a good craftanoon at home with family, tending to her veggie patch or watching the mighty Western Bulldogs get a win over Ange’s Tigers!

Dave is not only a key part of our production team but also wears the hard hat of HSE Manager at Tigercorp. In this critical leadership role, Dave supports our teams both onsite and offsite, helping elevate health, safety, and environmental performance across all projects.

Responsible for driving continuous improvement through proactive monitoring and the consistent application of Tigercorp’s QHSE Management Systems, Dave brings strong expertise in WHS legislation, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of safety standards. His practical knowledge helps ensure our people, projects, and processes remain safe, compliant, and continually improving.

On the production side, Dave is instrumental in keeping the factory humming along, the laser cutters running, and deliveries moving out the door on time. Whether he’s head down in production, making sure products land in the right hands, or personally putting something on a client’s desk, Dave plays a vital role in keeping things running smoothly.

Away from work, Dave’s love of “old stuff” — or antiques, as he prefers to call them — often sees him hunting through local second-hand stores and auction houses in search of the next bargain or Victorian-era treasure to add to his collection.

Israt brings extensive expertise in signage design, material quantification, labour forecasting, fabrication methods and subcontractor capabilities. These insights are key to shaping accurate, competitive quotes and tender submissions and helping drive the commercial success of every project.

Israt has played a pivotal role in securing many significant projects across a broad range of sectors for Tigercorp. Her adaptability across projects ranging from a single decal through to thousands of signs in a single development ensures tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client and project.

With a focus on ensuring a collaborative and outcome-driven approach, she helps the team provide the best value-for-money solutions for project stakeholders.

Scotty is practically part of the furniture at Tigercorp. Having joined the business approximately 375 years ago (give or take a century), Scott has played a pivotal role in the growth of the company and the development of its production capabilities over the years.

Renowned for his deep technical expertise and MacGyver-like ability to build just about anything, Scotty is the team’s go-to problem solver when a project pushes beyond the ordinary. Whether it’s an ambitious architectural feature, a complex engineering challenge, or a design that leaves everyone else scratching their heads, Scotty has a knack for finding practical, innovative solutions that bring ideas to life.

Scotty consistently delivers outstanding results across a wide range of production disciplines. From engraving, cutting, fabrication and painting to wiring up the next sky sign—or anything in between—he tackles every challenge with a smile, a wealth of experience, and a “she’ll be right” attitude.

Simply put, if there’s a way to build it, Scotty will find it. Just make sure it’s done before the long weekend so he can head off on another adventure with his camera and his motorbike.

Pete is one of Tigercorp’s lead installation specialists and, with nearly 10 years of experience in the signage industry, there’s not much he can’t install. From intricate wayfinding systems and towering sky signs to everything in between, Pete approaches every project with confidence, precision, and a determination to get the job done right the first time.

Known for his practical mindset and can-do attitude, Pete thrives in the field, finding solutions where others might see obstacles and his extensive hands-on experience ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients have come to expect.

Away from work, Pete is a passionate Collingwood supporter who proudly backs the Magpies through the highs, the (many) lows, and every heated discussion in between. A few episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful bring him back down to earth where he can channel that black-and-white enthusiasm into his most favourite thing, another building full of fire safety door signs!

Winnie is a seasoned professional with exceptional relationship-building skills. Spend more than a minute with her and you’ll quickly understand why she’s one of the office’s most popular team members.

As Head of Lunch Operations, Winnie works closely alongside staff throughout the lunch preparation and consumption process, collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure no food is left behind. Her commitment to quality control and waste reduction is second to none.

Outside of her core responsibilities, Winnie enjoys her morning walks, conducting regular check-ins with anyone who spends more than two minutes in the boardroom, and overseeing office door operations—personally ensuring colleagues meet their daily target of opening the door at least 1,000 times for her.
